About
Charlotte is a graceful, expressive and versatile violinist, with considerable experience of performing in a variety of styles and settings.

Since she discovered the violin at the age of seven, Charlotte has been devoted to her music and has performed at events ranging from weddings and funerals to the Last Night of the Proms. Winning a scholarship to the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire enabled Charlotte to take her passion to the next level and play in exciting new contexts, including musical theatre, a multimedia project combining music with filming and her own devised dance, and premieres of new compositions.
Over the course of her Masters degree in Music Performance at the RBC, Charlotte won the Harrison-Frank Family Foundation Award, a place on the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra Training Scheme and was a joint-winner of the John Ireland Prize. She has also performed many times as part of the acclaimed Unity Quartet and Alerion Strings. Charlotte would embrace the opportunity to make your event an unforgettably moving experience. Currently based in the Midlands, Charlotte offers a varied programme for weddings and special occasions, from classical favourites to musical hits, and is happy to take suggestions.
